Returns/Refunds
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must include the original packing slip, and in the original packaging.

The sender is responsible for all shipping charges.

Unopened merchandise with all original packaging may be exchanged or returned for a full refund to your credit card, less shipping charges.

Opened merchandise will receive a credit or may be exchanged for other products.

Products damaged in shipping will be exchanged immediately or a full refund will be issued as soon as the damaged product is received back at our facilities.

You will be reimbursed for shipping charges if the damage was due to our negligence.

All refunds will be issued to the card the original purchase was charged to. If purchase was made by check then you will be issued a company check within 30 days of receipt of return.
